Strain origin – This Squat Mac comes from an original line of melmak pe. Isolation was originally started by Mindful Myconaught. Later stabilized by Mushroom Research Shop. The squat Mac produces immensely dense even flushes of high potency fruits. Melmak was formerly known as “Homestead Penis Envy” from the homestead book company. They published many very well known mycology books that are mainstream today. In the early 1980’s Rich Gee found “penis envy” from a amazon mushroom strain. Since then this variety has changed a lot with many isolation specific traits. The homestead PE or melmak is a classic version of some of the original findings. Very large, prevalent fruiting, and usually containing  a greenish hue. Over the past 40 years since Rich found the original mutations, penis envy has become the ultimate strain for isolators building off his work.
